Especially as the holiday planning begins, many of us may feel rushed, stressed, and perhaps sometimes frantic. Too many things to do (preparations for holiday guests, parties to work into our schedules, upcoming kids school events, decorating, social commitments, oh yes...buying, wrapping, shipping, baking, and the list goes on).
